The United Arab Emirates has managed to maintain stable economic growth rates in light of successive global economic crises and cyclical fluctuations in the prices of crude oil in international market , through its adoption of the strategy of economic diversification which its able to mitigate the impact of external shocks on the national economy and achieve sustainable economic development.The objective of the strategy is to reduce the dependence on a limited number of exports, which are usually rent from natural resources (oil and natural gas) and to rebuild the national economy structure to be more diversified by focusing on the commodity and service sectors and then external exports through the development of a group of The interrelated economic policies that have been reflected in the process of economic development and technological development and thus the achievement of competitive advantage.
The lmpact of both the justice of the leader and relationship quality on organizational citizenship behavior An explanatory study in the public hospitals in Basrah

The research seeks to provide a theoretical and practical framework about "The impact of Both the Justice in Leader and Relationship Quality on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors". This framework was tested in the governmental health sector in basrah which including number of hospitals. The questionnaire and interviews were used as data collection method for this study the sample size amounted to 360. Number of statistical techniques was used to test the hypotheses of the study. The results showed that the positive impact of both justice in leader and relationship quality on organizational citizenship behavior, as well as demonstrated the positive correlation between justice in leader and relationship quality.

Purpose : This Research is intended to improve the operations system performance in Al- Faihaa Ready Construction limited Co. using the interactive relationship between the strategy of supply risk management and the requirements of production operation flow continuation and investigation of the finding .
Design/methodology/approach: Making up a conceptual model of the operation system tracks flow for Al- Faihaa Ready Construction Co. The model is based on the interactive relationship between the supply risk management strategy and the requirements of operations system flow continuation.
Findings: Al- Faihaa Ready Construction Co. has been the subject matter of the research . It lacks the conceptual pattern that systemizes , integrates and directs its main components towards a comprehensive improvement of the company . In addition it requires relative interest in the strategic role of the supply series and its dual effects on both the production process and the comprehensive performance of the operations system.
Research limitations/implications: The Research could deal with wider and deeper dimensions in terms of the theoretical aspects but it was restricted to the existing theoretical material and the statistical analysis patterns. Furthermore , it was constrained by the circumstances through which it was conducted and other reactions to the identified work .
Practical implications: The findings encourage researchers and professional managers to be more interested in the role of supply series that improve the operations system tracks and the comprehensive performance as well .
Originality/value: Throughout the researcher's investigation of the related studies , this research is obviously featured with deeply and comprehensively indulging in the subject matters of the relationship between supply , production and operations system . It introduced a new pattern of analysis and theorization .The Research has also emphasized the profound understanding of the supply series interactive role as a basic proposal for the future studies .

The use of markov absorbent chins to predict the numbers of graduates in the college Economics and administration / University of Basra

The number of graduates in the College of Management and Economics is an important issue that needs to be studied and analyzed. In this research, Markov absorptive series were used to predict the number of graduates by calculating the average number of years of student survival in the College of Management and Economics before graduating from college. Of the college is 78.22% and that the average number of students expected to graduate from the college for the years 2016/2017 - 2019/2020 is 3290.
Prediction of palm numbers in Basrah city using time series analysis and methodological analysis of the Box Jenkins models

The Purpose of this study is to identify the date Palm preparation in Basrah city and to Predict the subsequent period .To achieve this objective, the (Box& Jenkins) method or methodology was used in analysis (diagnosis , Estimation, model selection , prediction )Based on the annual data on the number of palm trees for the period (1980-2015) The results showed that the appropriate model is the ARIMA (2,1,2) , Based on this model ,the number of palm trees was predicted for the next five years (2016-2020).
