Iraqi Monetary Policy: From Monetary Aggregates To Interest Rate 2004-2011

Although the importance of monetary aggregates in monetary policy, but this field of economics witnessed increasing use of interest rate as nominal anchor instead of aggregates. So this paper deals with Iraqi monetary policy via testing the role of interest rate in formulating Iraqi monetary policy according to Taylor rule.
Some Iraqi officials indicated to attempts toward adopted Taylor rule in managing monetary policy. The results show the inability to apply the Taylor rule within inflation and GDP Gaps, because the monetary behave isolated from the real activities of Iraqi economy.
The rental features of Iraqi economy and weak contribution of real sector offsite the role of interest rate in transmitting the monetary effects toward Iraqi real economy, and reflects a weak relationship between real and monetary sectors.
for the Exchange rate tool and its use as a mean to fight inflation, it is the most effective tool in influencing variables of the national economy, both monetary and real variables, where the statistical tests have proven the significant role played by the exchange rate to influence inflation and output.

The solvency margin is an important financial indicator and a key benchmark for industry regulators. It measures an insurance company's ability to pay out claims when unforeseen events occur, such as a natural disaster or a stock market collapse. In the last few decades, much attention has been paid to the necessary solvency margin, and for that reason, our research aims to measure the solvency margin of 6 Saudi takaful insurance and reinsurance companies in accordance of the Saudi Arabia Monetary Authority guidelines.

The Finance Lease is considered as one of the economic forms of financing that provides projects obtaining the equipment and capital assets without having to perform a full value or even provide a big boost in advance, but it is limited to the performance of the fare payable for each period while maintaining the right of ownership of these assets for tenants so that they can recover these assets in case of the failure of tenants to pay the debts owed on them, and In the case of the bankruptcy of the tenant, the assets are not included in the bankruptcy of the tenant
Due to the importance of role that the large commercial banks play in the economic life, it has to be a study on the activity of Finance Lease and how to apply it in commercial banks, and the extent of success applying this activity in the Libyan banks.

The purpose of this article is to see how customer satisfaction by offering a service made available by the Algerian Insurance Company (CAAT). For this we adopted a questionnaire containing all parameterized reflecting the quality of service for a sample of 45 clients.
After performing statistical processing of the questionnaire, data SPSSV20 software and statistical tools needed to use analysis, we have the fact that the company's customers are generally satisfied with the quality of service and the satisfaction level is acceptable for all items covered in our questionnaire.
